Hell on Road - Hyderabad traffic / road conditions
Are you living in Hyderabad or had lived earlier, post your comments and discuss what is actually wrong, how they could have been set right. what could be the best possible ways to make the road conditions better.
It could be about the pot holes, poor streamlining of traffic, irresponsible drivers / pedestrians or anything that you faced which could have been better, please let others know and lets try to make our roads / streets safer and pleasant to commute.

Yes Chaitanya, i agree with you the same extent. Its due the fact that Bad road/ city planning, un-syncronised public works, un-planned digging, private ancrochments and our Goverment policies in handiling etc. etc. we can not blame the public only on this as both public and goverment need to work together to over come it.
Lets work for a moment with the government in assisting them to find out solution. But the QUESTION is are we ready to give-up our own interest.

Well firstly i think there should be driver awareness regarding the road rules and most importantly about his own vehicle and what it is capable of and secondly all taxi personell should be taught proper road manners as i usually during my night commute see genuinely rash and practically dangerous driving. Yeah the roads are not proper but cant help it though cant blame anyone cos no reponse i guess its now become a part of our daily life encounter a pothole and blame the government............

I do agree with most of what you mentioned. When you mentioned Cab Drivers driving as "practically dangerous", its is a very mild way to put it, there are occasions when i thought it was Insane.
When you talk about pot holes I know it has become a part of our day to day life(We encounter a pot hole, curse the authorities, government or whoever had dug it for individual reasons), I'm glad you pointed that out.
But what i believe is some one has to be answerable for all the taxes we pay(Road Tax, Income tax, etc..).

Sure Though taxes 60% taken up by our infamous politicians, 20% by contractors and the rest comes on the road and i guess the government employees must be paid so we end up having nothing and thus voila potholes and comon they dont even bother covering up the ones they have dug out recently i almost ran into one ................... i guess the only solution is if u dont like it u change it dont blame us attitude of the government has to change
